How can i download xbox 360 games to my hard drive and never get the annoying "insert disc" warning.?

I downloaded two games to my xbox 360 last night and now every time i launch the games it says "insert the game disc", which kinda defeats the purpose of me renting from gamefly to own the games. So anyway, how can i download games, basically to launch and keep on my xbox?
