What is your opinion?

OK I am 21 and I have a set of identical twin boys that will be one on the 28th of June. I have been feeling nauseated sometimes, headaches, fluttering in the stomach, heartburn, discharge, and a sharp pain that feels as if its coming from behind mt tit all the way through it to my nipple. I have thrown up a few times in the last week some days are OK but others I get nauseated and some of the time I get sick. I thought I could have been pregnant but took a test like almost 2 1/2 weeks ago and it came up negative. My baby daddy and I have not had any intercourse since May 12th of this year but has not done anything cause he is a truck driver and is over the road right now.
