Whats wrong with me? (Please answer)?

Lately I have been experiencing a pins and needle like tension in the left side of my head. I usually get a pain in the left/right side for about 10 seconds- It then fades. I often get shortness of breath and heart flutters, (I just put this down to me self-diagnosed anemia), I sometimes keel over with head pain- I never get full headaches, just moments of pain. Sometimes, (Rarely), I get neck pain in my righter side. I would just like to know wassup, preferably a doctor, thank you in advance, Maggie +=^-^=+
