Im all mixed up idk wut else thur is left to do r think i need so help......serious answers only?

OK lets start from the beginning my fiance and I are ttc, we had sex the day after and my period and 2 weeks straight (he is in the service so we get it in while he has the leave time)so nw my period is late about 4 days and I have 3 test that cme back negative. Also today I went to the doctor and the test was negative the doc told me to wait a couple of days and c. But not to long ago I've been getting these flutters in my lower stomach, also my head has been hurting for the pass 3 days also experience a lil morning sickness what could this b is it all in my head please help.
