Ps3 Blu Ray Not loading properly?

My ps3 plays up. If I insert a game or blu ray DVD, it won't always load first time. It might take me 10+ times to eject and put back in for the game/movie to read. Any idea how to fix. I have tried a blu ray cleaner. Anyone know where someone fixes ps3 near Kallangur, Brisbane.
