Most likely, the Plan B has interfered with your cycle. This has happened before to me & my boyfriend (as we also have unprotected sex). In a few days, take another pregnancy test & see how it comes out. If your discharge returns to normal color & you start to feel normal again, it was a just a side effect from the pill. They can really make your vagina go crazy. If you really feel the need to consult with a professional, then take a visit to your OBGYN, but most likely this is just a side effect chain reaction from the Plan B on top of you freaking out about the possibility of pregnancy. There should be nothing to worry about.
