People with heart arrtythmia?

I might have heart arrythmia. I was wondering can u still have sex? Whats the percentage on death from it? I just turned 29 female, and im scared. I have "flutters" every once in a while, they dont hurt, or anything. I just started a diet and following a heart healthy one, can I still exercise? Im sorry, im just so scared, I go in 2 days to wear a 24hr heart monitor...im not ready to die
