My face is swelling and i don't know why?

ive been stressed with moveing and such also i have had 2 3 somes with the same 2 females and have gave them both oral sex...but my face is swollen and im breaking out with white heads... and the red zits that hurt to touch... it all looks like acne but my from my upper lip all around my goatee area is swollen now.....anyone have a idea???
