Could I be pregnant with Implanon?

Okay. I've had the Implanon since March. I always think I'm pregnant with it but it's always negative, Me and my bf have sex a lot, sometimes several times a night, and we never use protection. Latley Ive been feeling really dizzy and get tired really quick when we try and do anything. My breasts feel a little tender and I've noticed a small amount of white stuff coming out of them. I also feel random little flutters in my tummy. I don't think it could be a baby considering I didn't feel my daughter kick until about 3 months. I've taken several home pregnancy tests..all negative and went to the doctor in April to get another urine test..also negative. I have a light period that usually comes and goes since I've gotten on the implant. I'm just a little worried because of how much i have sex..idk if it could increase my chances... and I don't want to waste a trip to the doctor if it's not needed. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant on the Implanon like this?
